Air Suspension Compressor Pump operation and installation instructions:
- When replacing a new gas pear, please replace the matching relay according to the corresponding model. If the continuous operation of the air pump cannot be disconnected due to the damage of the relay, the motor or other rubber parts will be burned out. (Severely, it will cause fire and the dryer to burst)
- When replacing the air pump, it is recommended to replace the air intake filter element. The filter element will accumulate dust and impurities when used for a long time.
- When replacing the air pump of a car with a gas storage tank, you must check whether there is water in the gas storage tank and shock absorber. The water cannot be filtered due to the failure of the air pump dryer, and the generated water will be stored in the gas storage tank and shock absorber When replacing the exhaust with a new air pump, it will be refilled into the new air pump, causing the dryer to fail, the crankcase is rusted, the exhaust valve is stuck and the exhaust valve cannot be exhausted, which seriously affects the service life of the air pump and damages the distribution valve and other components.
- When the air pump is installed, the rubber damping pads, damping springs and other related parts on the bracket must be installed or missing (the air pump is not equipped with parts). If the damping parts are not installed or missing, the air pump will vibrate when it is working. It produces a lot of noise. The aging of the rubber shock absorber will cause the shock absorber to fail and produce metal collision sound.
- After the air pump is installed, please check whether the distribution valve, shock absorber, gas storage tank and gas pipe joints and other related air supply parts are leaking. The air leakage in the air supply part will seriously affect the service life of the air pump.
Under normal use conditions, the warranty period is one year.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
A. The damage caused by the operation not according to the above 1~5 instructions;
B. Damage caused by improper operation or non-quality factors of parts such as intake pipe joints, power supply lines, broadcast heads, and air nozzles:
C.Modified or replaced other non-our parts.
D. Failure to check whether the air intake pipe, air storage tank, and air intake filter element are blocked and clean, resulting in obstructed suction and compression of the air pump and unable to supply air. Or the inhalation of dust, water, and sand causes the cylinder to be pulled, the compression fails and the gas cannot be blown.
E. Check the voltage drop of the circuit. After the vehicle has been used for a few years, the voltage drop is too large and the exhaust valve cannot be opened if the voltage is less than 9V (the opening voltage is 10-13V), and the vehicle cannot be downloaded.
Lowering the chassis causes the instrument to display a fault code.
